- The 2012 Annual Meeting of the Club will be held at Buck Hill, Friday May 18th at 5pm. The agenda includes: - Approval of last year minutes - Financial year in review - Club initiatives - past and future - Election for Members of the Board - Report and discussion on USSA National Conference The actual meeting typically takes about 30 - 40 min. We expect a full discussion on changes at USSA and preliminary plans for 2012/13 following the formal meeting.
