U19 / FIS

The Buck Hill U19 / FIS Program continues the tradition and philosophies of world-renowned Hall of Fame coach Erich Sailer which has produced champions year after year.  Today the U19 / FIS program continues this tradition with the development of top-level athletes competing in Region 1 USSS races, regional, divisional, national, and international level FIS races.

  • Fall dryland program
  • Training five (5) days a week
  • Supplemental training on steeper terrain once a week
  • Coaching support at divisional USSS and FIS races
  • Six (6) day Christmas camp included in coaching fee
  • Pace athletes (NCAA & US Ski Team level) regularly train with the team
  • Training with NO lift lines
  • Dedicated and private lift, training hill, and facilities
  • Full support from the Buck Hill management to maintain best in class snow conditions
  • Extended training season, the longest in the region

Additional Performance Programs

Athletes that are training and competing at this level can also participate in Performance Dryland Training.  This training includes;

  • Dedicated professional trainers
  • September – November
  • May – August

* Athletes must purchase a USSS / Region 1 license to compete in USSS races and/or FIS license to compete in FIS races.
