Dryland & Performance Dryland

Dryland

All team members are encouraged to participate in dryland training led by coach Maria Schilling during the fall season.  She has an MA in kinesiology and exercise physiology, and is also a Phy Ed. Teacher who has led our program for many years. 

The goal of the program is to help with overall athlete conditioning as they head in to being on snow.  It is held two times a week at the Kennedy Athletic Center in Bloomington, and once on Saturdays at a select outdoor location. 

This training is included in the Buck Hill Coaching fees.

Wednesdays = 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (all ages)

Saturdays = 9:00 am to 11:00 pm (all ages)

 

Week 1 - Sept 30th (Testing and Feedback evaluations)

Week 2 - Oct 4th and Oct 7th

Week 3 - Oct 11th and Oct 14th

Week 4 - Oct 18th and Oct 21st

Week 5 - Oct 25th and 28th

Week 6 - Nov 1st and Nov 4th

Week 7 - Nov 8th and Nov 11th (Final dryland celebration - Retesting and feedback)

  • Led by Professional Trainers
  • Fall dryland program included in coaching fees
  • Training two (2) to three (3) times per week

Performance dryland is designed for the U14, U16, & U18-U21/FIS athletes and led by Trainer & Coach Matt Hoffman with ALLtitude

HIGH ALLtitude Program (15 Years and Older) – Begins June 25th. 

** Application Only (email Coach Matt at matt@alltitudeusa.com with interest) – Membership Only (no Punch Card option) 

** Recommended having 1 session (10 weeks) prior ALLtitude program experience 

** HIGH ALLtitude includes all YPP program evening classes to allow for 2-a-day training availability.
